I take the time to assess core strength, overall stability, and a person's ability to stabilize the spine during the demands basketball's various movements can place on the body.  Strengthening the core is fundamental in improving performance, overall strength, and preparing an athlete for moving to a higher level of skill.  This function prepares an athlete for everything he or she will do with Hoops Mechanic or any sports/fitness training and activity.
