Phase I Training
Fundamental skill training in ball handling, shooting, defense, athleticism, and mental toughness. Typically beginner to middle school skill level. (not age or grade based)
Phase II Training
Intermediate skill training in game speed concepts, leadership, performance enhancement, game application of fundamental skills in all areas. Typically middle school to high school skill level. (not age or grade based) Athletes must test into Phase II.
Phase III Training
Advanced skill training, analytics, and performance training. Typically college to pro skill level. Athlete must be approved by training staff to enter this phase.
