Bryant Anderson (Trainer)

Bryant Anderson


Bryant Anderson was born in Memphis, TN where he attended high school in Germantown. While there he played basketball for 3 years and track for 2 years, going to state as a junior.  After graduation, he attended TN Technical School of Applied Technology where he received his diploma in Aviation.  He currently coaches AAU basketball.

Bryant specializes in ball handling. His favorite basketball team is the Lakers, and his favorite players are Kobe Bryant and Russell Westbrook. When he is not playing basketball Bryant enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking.

Cody Fowler (Trainer)

Cody Fowler

Cody Fowler was born in Humboldt, TN where he also attended high school. While there he played on his school’s basketball team for 4 years. He attended college at UT Martin where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Sport Management. He has lived in the Murfreesboro area since 2012 where he has previous experience running the Rutherford County YMCA sports department, and currently coaches AAU basketball.

Cody specializes in shot form. His favorite basketball team is the Lakers, and his favorite players are Kobe Bryant and Steph Curry. When he is not at the gym Cody loves spending time with his beautiful wife and dog.

Tyisha Petty (Assistant Trainer)

Tyisha Petty was born in Nashville, TN and attended high school locally at Riverdale. While there she played on their basketball team and helped them win three AAA championships in four seasons. During her senior year she contributed to the Warrior’s 35-0 record and a 58-game win streak to end her high school career. Her 2012-2013 Riverdale squad was named National Champs by both ESPN and MaxPreps. As a high school senior, she averaged 15.2 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.3 steals per/game. She was honored to be named the 48th best point guard in the nation by ESPN Hoopgurlz..

After graduation Ty attended Middle Tennessee State University where she was a member of the basketball team for all four years. She made First-Team All Conference USA her senior year. She also joined the 1,000 point club and finished 14 th all-time in scoring with 1,453 points. During her senior year she had 186 assists, which was second on MTSU’s single-season list. During her final season she averaged 18.4 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.1 rebounds per/game. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure, Sport, & Tourism Studies.

Ty specializes in ball handling. Her favorite basketball team is the Golden State Warriors, and her favorite players are Kobe Bryant and Diana Taurasi. When she is not training she enjoys spending time with her family..

Brea Edwards (Assistant Trainer)

Brea Edwards

Brea Edwards was born in Rockford, IL. She attended Boylan Catholic High School for three years, and Hononegah High School for her senior year. She played basketball all four years of high school. After graduation, she first attended Central Arizona Community College where she led all of junior college points in 2012-2013, scoring 699 points for a 21.8 point per/game average. She helped lead Central Arizona to a 32-2 record and the 2013 NJCAA National Championship game. Additionally, she collected the National Junior College Athletic Association First Team All-American and ACCAC Player of the Year honors.

Brea then transferred to Middle Tennessee State University where she continued playing basketball for the Lady Raiders. During her time at MTSU, she gained many awards including: 2x National Player of the Week, 4x Conference USA Player of the Week, 2x NCAA Starting 5, TSWA Player of the Year, 1st Team All Conference, Top Ten 3 Point Field Goal Makes in the Nation, and Top Ten 3 Point Field Goal Percentage in the Nation. She also made the All-Tournament Team University of Nevada Thanksgiving Tournament and All-Tournament Team Conference Championship. By the end of college Brea averaged 17.6 points per/game, 8.2 rebounds per/game, and 1.1 steals per/game. Her 3-point percentage was 42% and her free throw percentage 86.6%. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from MTSU she played professional basketball in Africa with FIBA in 2016 before returning to the States to train at Hoops Mechanic.

Brea specializes in read & react and scoring training. Her favorite basketball team is the Cleveland Cavaliers and her favorite player is Lebron James. When she is not playing basketball, she is watching Netflix.

Danielle Neely (Office Manager)

Danielle Neely

Danielle attended Blackman High School, and graduated in 2010. She then attended Middle Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure, Sport, & Tourism Studies. Danielle has always had a passion for sports, but has unfortunately never been coordinated enough to play. She decided the best way to put her passion to use was to make working in sports her career. Danielle continued her education and earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Sport Management from MTSU in 2016.

Danielle specializes in account management and customer service. Her favorite players are Kobe Bryant and Steph Curry. When Danielle is not at the gym she likes reading, traveling, horseback riding, being on the water, and having adventures.
