I met Donnelle when I was about 16 years old (I'm now 44).  He was my basketball coach, but much more than that he was a mentor to me in many other areas of life.  He was a father figure who led by example.  He taught me discipline and how to go after whatever I want, whether that was on the basketball court or off in the real world.  Off the court he would take me to church with him and he always motivated me to do what’s right. I can easily say that without his influence and basketball training I would not be who I am today.  In addition to myself I also got to work with him as a coach on a basketball team he ran called the Force.  He was the same with all the players on the team.  If they needed his help he was always generous with his time and attention.  At his core Donnelle is a great basketball trainer and mentor with a huge heart who cares deeply for those he works with and I am blessed to be able to call him my friend.

"Coach Donnelle was an awesome basketball coach to work with! I had two sons train with Coach D on a quick family getaway. Coach D did a fantastic job of working with my sons over two, two-hour sessions. As a basketball trainer, he broke down each son's skill set and worked on their fundamentals. He was teaching them a pro skill set in a way that made sense and that they could understand and follow. Now we have a great repertoire of drills and concepts where they can continue to train and work on their game on their own time. "In just two sessions, I am sold on Coach Dickson. My son has been to various different instructors for both baseball & basketball training, and I have developed some skepticism when it comes to quality individual & group instruction. In the case of Coach Dickson as a basketball trainer, it was quickly obvious to me that he has 3 specific strengths I was looking for: 1. His knowledge base is wide.
